About myADRT

myADRT exists as a result of what happened to a much loved and much respected family member at the end of his life. Donald did not leave this world in the way he would have wished, and had he been able to express his views or had an Advance Decision in place his last month would have been very different.

My goal in setting up myADRT is to make it as easy as possible for adults to have an ADRT and be confident that, should they become incapacitated, their wishes regarding their medical treatment can still be known and followed.
